Golden Gecko

I've been going to this store for a few years, with fair regularity. A lot of the stuff lying around my house comes from it. My Oracle and Tarot cards too. As a store, it's a treasure trove of beautiful things, as a source of all things magical, few others compare. 


But don't take my word for it. If you're ever in the area, pop in for a visit, take a stroll through the herb labyrinth, and just let your senses soak it in. I can guarantee you'll find something to take home, from a crystal, a candle, or maybe even this gorgeous fellow:

One, two, three... Munchkin?

Remember this face:

This tiny little creature is now a few centimetres bigger. But only a few. I can still pick her up with one hand. Just. 

 

She has become a permanent member of the family and right now, her name is Munchkin. It sorta suits her. Only because she's such a contradiction of personality types that I can't settle on any other name. 

Zeus adores her. Zeus also thinks he's going to get to make babies with her when she's big enough. Zeus is mistaken. He goes in for his snip snip next week. Poor boy has NO clue. 

He's so gonna kill me. But it's okay... I have a secret weapon he can't resist:

Yes, that is his bottle.

Which just goes to show. Some guys will always be mommy's boys.
